Tap Dance Workshop with Guest Instructor

Hey Tappers......I have just set up a workshop w/ a guest teacher who will ve visiting friends in Berthoud next month.....Here is her bio info:

MEGAN IVEY

She has been dancing since the age of 8. She has not only trained with some of the most noted teachers in tap (Gregory Hines, Arthur Duncan, Max Pollack), but studied mime under the famed Marcel Marceau and ballet, under scholarship, with the Moscow Ballet and the Royal Ballet of London. She has performed in Repertoire Theatre and Summer Stock throughout the United States and is currently a member of the Bay Area Rhythm Tap Company.

The workshop will take place @ Wildfire on Thurs Sept 25 from 6-7:30 instead of regular classes

TAP FOR BEGINNING ADULTS

This class will be slow-moving and FUN, focusing on tap basics and making simple rhythm patterns with our feet.
12:45 to 2pm Wednesdays
5:30 - 6:30 pm Thursdays
Punch Cards - $70 for 8 classes.

TAP II FOR ADULTS

Continue honing your tapping skills with this higher level class, faster and more complex steps than the beginning class.

WILDFIRE HIP HOP HUSTLE

Instructor: Erin Coleman
Erin breaks routines down in easy-to-learn steps that are put togetehr for dance routines to make you work it. Designed for all ages, but especially attractive to tweens and teens.

Saturdays @ 2:00pm
Wednesdays @ 5:00pm
Twelve classes for $48 as a session, or $5 per class for drop-ins.

PRE BALLET FOR AGES 3 and 4

Instructor: Sarah Boccolucci
Get the right start!
Dancers will learn foundations steps in classical ballet while developing confidence and fostering creativity. Students are introduced to the French vocabulary, basic barre and center steps.
Saturdays 9:00 to 9:45am
September 13 - December 20.

BALLET I FOR AGES 6 - 8

Instructor: Sarah Boccolucci
Ballet and modern dnace techniques are formally introduced while maintaining a strng emphasis on the creative process. Students build on their French vocabulary, basic barre and center steps.
Saturdays 10:00 to 11:00 am
September 13 - December 20.
Fee: $140

BALLET II FOR AGES 9 & UP

Instructor: Sarah Boccolucci
This class maintains the format of the beginning classes but a a more difficult level and for longer duration. Students will build on their classical technicques to start choreographing more contemporary dances and combinations.
